Hand-knitted coasters made from Himalayan nettle (Allo), available in two sizes and two finishes.
Size
5 cm｜For small vessels, sake ware, small teaware, jewelry, and other small objects.
10 cm｜For glasses, cups, teaware, small bowls, and pots.
Color
Natural / Undyed｜The natural tone of Allo.
먹 (Meok) Ink-dyed｜Individually dyed by Korean textile artist YUSU using pine-soot ink made by Korean ink artisan Han Sang-muk. The result is a quiet grey with subtle blue undertones.
Durable and quick-drying, the knitted texture becomes increasingly supple with use.
Please note: Each piece is made by hand, and the ink-dyed pieces are individually dyed by hand. Variations in color, dyeing, knit, shape, and dimensions may occur. Some loose fibers may shed during initial use.

about Maintenance
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Hand washing separately is recommended. Use a mild, neutral detergent and gently press-wash.
- Avoid rubbing or scrubbing. Do not use bleach, a washing machine, or a tumble dryer.
- Do not wring or twist. Reshape and dry flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
- Make sure the item is completely dry before storing it in a dry, well-ventilated place.
먹 Meok ink-dyed variants: Some color transfer may occur through friction or moisture. When wet or damp, avoid contact with white or light-colored clothing, textiles, walls, and furniture.
