Shipping from Japan
All orders are shipped from Fukuoka, Japan.
Shipping within Japan by Sagawa Express
Shipping rates are based on the total package weight, including packaging.
Lightweight Shipping — Up to 1 kg: JPY 800 (JPY 880 including tax)
Standard Shipping — Over 1 kg: JPY 1,500 (JPY 1,650 including tax)
Free shipping is available for orders of JPY 30,000 excluding tax (JPY 33,000 including tax) or more.
International Shipping Rates by Japan Post EMS
Shipping rates are based on the destination, total package weight, including packaging, and package size, and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
East Asia
Lightweight Shipping — Up to 1 kg: USD 10
Standard Shipping — Over 1 kg and up to 3 kg: USD 20
Large / Heavy Shipping — Over 3 kg or oversized packages: USD 40
Other International Destinations
Lightweight Shipping — Up to 1 kg: USD 20
Standard Shipping — Over 1 kg and up to 3 kg: USD 40
Large / Heavy Shipping — Over 3 kg or oversized packages: USD 80
Free international shipping is available for orders of USD 300 or more.
Dispatch Time
In-stock items are generally dispatched on the same day or the next business day after payment has been confirmed.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated dispatch date is stated on the relevant product page.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will generally be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
Estimated Delivery Time
Japan: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch
East Asia: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch
Other international destinations: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch
Tracking and Insurance
International orders are shipped using a tracked and insured shipping service. Tracking information will be provided by email after your order has been dispatched.
The carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the destination, package size, weight, and other shipping conditions.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or region are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs procedures may also cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the shipment may be charged to the customer where applicable.
