Allo WRAPPING CLOTH｜S・M・L
Hand-knitted from Himalayan nettle (Allo), this soft, flexible cloth can be used to wrap tableware, books, stationery, and small personal items, or placed beneath tableware and everyday objects. The knit gently conforms to the shape of what it holds and adds a light layer of cushioning.

Availability / Shipping｜Only 먹 (Meok) Ink-dyed in S｜25 cm・Loop 60 cm and M｜35 cm is available for pre-order. Shipping is scheduled to begin in early November 2026, in reservation order. Natural / Undyed in all sizes, and Ink-dyed in S｜Loop 9 cm and L, are in-stock items.
HOW TO CHOOSE
SIZE GUIDE
S｜Approx. 25 × 25 cm
For flat plates up to approx. 15 cm in diameter, or small personal items for travel and bathing.
M｜Approx. 35 × 35 cm
For flat plates up to approx. 21 cm in diameter, around two books, or everyday belongings such as a glasses case.
L｜Approx. 45 × 45 cm
For flat plates up to approx. 27 cm in diameter, larger tableware, or around four books.
CHOOSE BY USE
15 cm plate → S｜25 cm
21 cm plate → M｜35 cm
27 cm plate → L｜45 cm
When your tableware falls between sizes, choose the larger cloth for more visible space around the object and a clearer expression of the Allo texture. For tableware around 33 cm in diameter, choose L｜45 cm.
Plate sizes are based on flat plates approx. 2–3 cm high. Capacity varies with the shape and thickness of the items.
LOOP SPECIFICATION
S is available with a 9 cm or 60 cm loop. Choose the loop length under Size. M and L each have one loop specification.
Color / Finish
Natural / Undyed｜The natural, undyed color of Allo fiber.
먹 (Meok) Ink-dyed｜Individually dyed by 流水YUSU in Korea using pine-soot ink made by ink artisan Han Sang-muk. The grey tone has subtle blue undertones; shading varies from piece to piece. Prices differ by finish and size and are displayed when you select a variant.

Please note: Hand-making and hand-dyeing result in variations in color, knit, shape, and dimensions. Some loose fibers may shed during initial use.

about Maintenance
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Hand washing separately is recommended. Use a mild, neutral detergent and gently press-wash.
- Avoid rubbing or scrubbing. Do not use bleach, a washing machine, or a tumble dryer.
- Do not wring or twist. Reshape and dry flat in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
- Make sure the item is completely dry before storing it in a dry, well-ventilated place.
먹 Meok ink-dyed variants: Some color transfer may occur through friction or moisture. When wet or damp, avoid contact with white or light-colored clothing, textiles, walls, and furniture.
